Sarthak Gupta is an undergraduate B.A.; L.L.B law student at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, India. His scholarship interest follows Constitutional Law, Public Law, Human Rights & Gender Studies, and International Law. He is currently working on his individual research, ‘Project Engender and Constitutionalism’ on the intersection of law, gender and sexuality, and freedom of speech and expression.
