Go On! The Folly of U.S. Sanctions against the International Criminal Court

Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights announced open registration for The Folly of U.S. Sanctions against the International Criminal Court, which is an online event that will be held on Wednesday, February 3. The panel will explore the state of litigation challenging the Administration’s Executive Order sanctioning lawyers working with International Criminal Court, and discuss how and why the incoming Administration’s approach to the ICC might differ from that of its predecessor.
