►Lancaster University is hosting a symposium entitled ‘Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and Sustaining Peace: Developing New Insights into Peacebuilding’ on 5 July 2017 at Lancaster University, UK. The symposium is the second event of a collaborative project between the Quaker UN Office (QUNO), Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and Dr.Amanda Cahill-Ripley, which aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of the role of economic, social and cultural rights (ECSRs) in sustaining peace.
