The Bernard and Audre Rapoport Center for Human Rights and Justice, based at the University of Texas at Austin, is circulating a Call for Papers for its 2018-2019 series. The Rapoport Center’s Working Paper Series aims to provide a productive environment for debate about human rights. Authors from all disciplines and institutions are welcome to submit papers on any topic related to human rights. The Editorial Committee is accepting papers on a rolling basis.
