On behalf of the IntLawGrrls editorial team, I’m delighted to announce Karen Hoffmann’s promotion to Submissions Editor. Karen, who attends Temple Law School in Philadelphia, has been an IntLawGrrls student editor since July 2013. Last summer, she was a Legal Trainee with the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin. She’s also a freelance journalist whose stories have appeared in The Guardian, Earth Island Journal, and The Ecologist. You’ve already seen numerous conference and job postings under Karen’s byline, and we look forward to hearing more from her as she takes the editorial reins.
We’re also saying goodbye and thank you to Brian Citro, who covered numerous editorial duties while I was in Tokyo this semester. We’re grateful for his contributions to the blog!
Deep thanks to Brian and Karen — and congrats to Karen on a well-deserved promotion! Diane
